2015 GSMDCA Ambassador of the Breed

Gypsy Boots proved to be a quick learner from day we brought her home and her quick wit kept me on my toes. She was an endless comedian who pulled out all the stops for a treat....she had an "I will do just about anything you ask me to for food" attitude. Her smart nature could make her training quite difficult at times -- I could see her wheels spinning when asked for something thinking "What's in it for me?" She was the best first swissy we could have asked for and brought endless joy to our home and those she meets.

Gypsy excelled in the herding venue in her younger years and also had working and performance titles in drafting, pack dog, rally, and obedience.  In 2016 she  completed the requirements for the GSMDCA Versatility Greater Swiss (VGS) title!  

​In 2015 Gypsy Boots was awarded the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Club of America Ambassador of the Breed award at our National Specialty. I'm super proud of all she accomplished in being such a well-rounded representation of our breed and I simply loved her to pieces! 

Our baby "Pup-Pup" as we affectionately started calling her the day we found out we were getting a puppy brought us so much love everyday of her life and was the best gift we could have ever imagined.
